Meet Jason

Jason Blanchard, founder of the 12 in 6 men’s health program

I didn’t create 12 in 6 from theory or textbooks, I built it by living it.

From June to December 2025, I committed to stacking one habit at a time while juggling real life: moving house, changing jobs, dealing with minor health setbacks, and navigating the chaos of the holiday period (yes, that one too). No perfect conditions. No lockdown bubble. Just consistency.

Over six months, I went from 106kg to 94kg by doing the fundamentals properly: walking daily, eating with intent, lifting for strength, prioritising recovery, and using smart health support where it made sense.

 

Each month built on the last, until the habits stopped feeling like effort and started feeling like the new normal.

12 in 6 is the system that came out of that process. It’s designed for men who don’t want fads, extremes, or motivation speeches: just a clear plan that works in the real world. I’ve walked the path, learned the lessons the hard way, and built this so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.
